Download and Extract archive contents
Place entire "BuildableShip 99999 EXML" folder inside GAMEDATA\MODS\
the full path looks like this:
D:\Steam\SteamApps\Common\No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\MODS\BuildableShip 99999 EXML\GLOBALS\GCBUILDABLESHIPGLOBALS.GLOBAL.EXML

#UNINSTALL#
Delete entire "BuildableShip 99999 EXML" folder inside GAMEDATA\MODS\
